Flood washes every thing comes in its way. Here, every person has lost some or other thing. But it will effect different, depending financial restoring strength of a person.

Those, lost their family members, is a non repairable loss. But there is big number of people, staying in ground structures or in slums, having lost every thing in the house like grains, clothing, mattresses, important documents, study material of kids, appliances etc.

Ashraya Trust mainly worked & still working for the class of people, who have lost a lot but having hard restoring capacity. Being a medical charitable trust could do the best to control the affected, psychologically & medically.
As a first stage, we started with
1. Medical checkup camps
2. Food packets were distributed to few colonies
3. Distribution of required / precautionary medicine to about 15000 people
4. Vaccination to over 500 people
5. Educating people to keep away from arising deceases
6. Counseling the effected, for being fear free to face the circumstances.

At second stage
1. Distribution of food grains, about 1500 kgs
2. Lot of clothing & mattress were distributed
3. Distribution of education kit to over 150 students, inclusive of 1500 note books

We have declared & accepted a responsibility to support around 250 families from different colonies, till they get started their routine life.

We are financially jam as our hospital project is in progress. Ashraya has a strong team to comply with the above task. But we seek your monitory support for that. We request you to donate generously to boost our efforts.
